Refund policy
We want you to love your What If…? piece. Because every item is made to order specifically for you, our return policy works a little differently than a mass-retail store.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email alternateuniverseartwork@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to ship the item back.
Sizing & change of mind. Since items are produced on demand, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choice or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — we're glad to help if you're unsure.
Changes & cancellations. Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best before the order enters production.
