Shipping & Returns
Production
Every What If...? item is printed and assembled on demand. Production takes 3-5 business days from when you place your order. We don't ship until production is complete.
Shipping times
After production:
- US: 3-7 business days (standard)
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- EU/UK: 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days
You'll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We do not mark up shipping fees.
Returns
Because every item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected
- Changed your mind
- Didn't like the color in person
Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering, and reach out if you're unsure.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Email us at alternateuniverseartwork@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect
We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 7 days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.
Address mistakes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours your order may have already entered production and we can't change it.
